Liability and warranties
No liability for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding twelve months. Website and content provided as is without warranty.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Vouch Vault against claims from your misuse of the site, breach of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
External links and termination
We are not responsible for linked external sites. Access may be terminated for breach. Intellectual property, liability, and confidentiality provisions survive termination.
Governing law
